assalamualaikum and hai all......

mama dah lamaaaaaaaaaa tak update......sebabnya, kdg2 tak sempat....kdg2 mmg malas.....tp mama tetap dalam program diet mama ni ha.......

24 july baru ni, mama timbang and ukur lagi........kali ni mama agak keciwa sebab sikit sgt kilo yg turun.....tp mama akur, sebab mama pun mmg kehabisan stok F3 and maam pun ada makan2 hehehehe

so statistik mama pada hari tersebut:
weight: 82.5kg (-200gm jek)
chest: 40 (-0 inci)
mid driff: 35 (-0 inci)
waist: 36.5 (-4.5 inci) this i like!!!
hip: 46 (-2 inci)
thigh: 26/26 (-2inci/-2inci)
arm: 15/14 (- o inci/-1.5 inci)

kesimpulannya.....banyaaaaaaaaaaakkk lagi mama kena kurangkan :-(
