3 scoops F1 + 2 scoops F2 + 250ml frozen soyabean milk + 100ml H2O
300ml H2O
between lunch to dinner
500 ml H2O
Dinner
nasi kerabu pasar malam
250ml H2O
total
2150ml H2O
1000ml tea mix
