Day 3 (17 July 2009)

assalamualaikum and hai all.....

Day 3
Bfast
3 scoops F1 + 2 scoops F3 + 200ml guava juice + 100 ml H2O + ice
300ml H2O

between bfast to lunch
1500ml tea mix (it's a cold day)
800ml H2O
a medium sized pear

Lunch
nasi kukus ayam goreng
lots of sayur
500ml tea mix
200ml H2O

between lunch to dinner
800ml H2O

Dinner
3 scoops F1 + 2 scoops F3 + 300ml H2O + ice
350ml H2O

Total
2450ml H2O
2000ml tea mix

  1. assalammualaikum mama...i myself baru lebih 3 bulan bersalin anak ke4...last sekali timbang sebelum bersalin 81kg...sekarang dengan diet yg ketat dah bersenam habis2 san...selepas lebih kurang 3 bulan saya dah hilang 18kg...ada lagi at least 8-10kg to loose...saya x minum ubat2..or suplement..
    saya hanya bersenam..jadi pada saya kunci utk hilangkan berat badan satu shj..bersenam..
