3 scoops F1 + 2 scoops F3 + 200ml mango juice + 100 ml H2O + ice
300ml H2O

between bfast to lunch
1000ml tea mix
800ml H2O

Lunch
3 scoops F1 + 2 scoops F2 + 250ml frozen soyabean milk + 100ml H2O
300ml H2O

between lunch to dinner
500 ml H2O

Dinner
nasi kerabu pasar malam
250ml H2O

total
2150ml H2O
1000ml tea mix

terkini.....

assalamualaikum and hai all.....

hari ni dah hari ke3 mama betul2 serius dengan herbalife....hari tu mama minum tp break for the weekend sebab pi bercuti......so mama nak update apa yg mama makan sementara mama ingat lagi ni kay......
